The yuzu is the lesser known cousin of the lemon, although lesser known they have their own unique flavor! None of this good stuff is lost through our pureeing process – so not to worry! Handpicked in fruit orchards on the sun kissed island of Sicily, all our yuzus are grown without any genetic modification, fresh every season ODK yuzu cocktail puree has an unbeatable shelf life.
