I am a coffee consultant here at GBS. With over 3 years of extensive experience in the coffee industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all facets of coffee cultivation, production, and consumption. I am specialize in various areas of the coffee business, including sourcing premium coffee beans, optimizing roasting processes, enhancing brewing techniques, elevating customer experience in coffee establishments and suggest the coffee machine for their business. In my free time I enjoy exploring new coffee blends and coffee shops.

As a coffee roaster, my primary responsibility is to transform green coffee beans into roasted coffee that is flavorful, aromatic, and consistent in quality, ensuring that the coffee we produce meets the highest standards of quality. My role is both creative and technical, requiring a deep understanding of coffee and a commitment to producing high-quality, flavorful coffee. It’s a challenging but rewarding role, and one that requires a passion for coffee, a commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn and grow.

I was born and raised in Takeo province. I studied mechanics at Don Bosco Technical school and then I graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC). I have loved this part since I was a child. In my spare time, I enjoy playing football and volleyball because it reduces stress and health and I know about team work with sports.
