VI Generazione is characterized by its grinding suitable for coffee filter. The Barbera 6th Generation Blend allows to obtain a long, smooth espresso.  The traditional slow, medium-intense roasting method brings out its sweet notes, creating a rich aroma.  The coffee has a distinct, refined flavour, with a more intense level of acidity and fragrances of cinnamon, vanilla and floral aromas, with a decidedly pleasant, long-lasting aftertaste.
